Love Ebisu, I'm a huge fan of the build-a-bowl ramen. Also I love the tako yaki appetizer. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In fact, the server recommended the tako yaki last time I was in so I was sure to order it again.

Cute spot in East Providence with a lot of options! We had eel onigiri, salmon onigiri, noodles and katsu! The portions are large with enough for leftovers the next day.

Cozy large comfortable booths. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Ramen and Sushi are better than most places in the area.

So good!Lots to pick from and everything was great. I made a build your own ramen bowl and that was definitely the star of my order.

Currently, my favorite ramen spot in RI. I could eat their spicy honey chicken buns once a day and never get sick of them. They also have a make your own ramen, which I need to try next time. They have another location in Providence that I've heard is just as good, if not better. The service is always fantastic and the ramen is always steaming and delicious. After other local ramen spots have fallen short of my expectations or even closed their doors, Ebisu has never let me down. It's less pretentious and fancy than some other ramen spots, but I've found their food to be way better than those other places. When I go to get ramen, I want good comfort food that'll warm me up and leave me stuffed. Ebisu guarantees that every time.

Donuts are over-hyped. Everything else was great!

Went here last week the food was awesome! The service was fast and the ambiance was nice and calming. Ordered the Geso Tapa, Yakima Udon, and the Nikki Maki. The Geso wasn't what I expected but was still good. The highlight was the Nikki Maki, fresh. Everything had big portions. Definitely will be back to try more of the menu.

Second time coming here for lunch with my best friend, but first time having Japanese curry! Ordered the katsu don and it was delicious! The pork had an audible crunch to it and the curry I won't forget for a while. The katsu don did have heat, leaving my lips slightly tingling after, but it was not a spicy heat. The miso soup was amazing, especially the base. I am a bit particular about what dishes I'm willing to have seaweed in, so they were very accommodating when I asked for no seaweed in my soup. They have a good variety of beverages (sake/wine/beer/soda/etc.), but for lunch, I love ordering green tea. Only wish I took a picture of the neat cups they serve the tea in!

Looking for delicious ramen in southern MA/RI? Definitely give this place a try. The ramen reminded us of the bowls that we had in Tokyo over the summer. Ebisu offers set combos of meat, veggies, and broth as well as make your own options. The portions are hearty and broth is flavorful. The service was attentive and helpful. The restaurant is clean and neatly decorated. The ambiance felt a bit like a neighborhood restaurant. Although we were there late and there were folks at the bar, families and couples came in for the Ramen as well. We will definitely be back as the weather continues to get cold. This place brings a bit of Japan to New England.
