Love the coffee! Only thing is sometimes my order price changes when I order the same exact thing!

Horrible service. I’m a very patient person and this is the first time in my life I ordered a coffee and drove off without it. One car ahead of me, sat behind them for 5 mins while they waited for their order. Pulled up to the window… saw someone put my coffee on the counter, make eye contact with me and walk away. 5 minutes later, they walk over to the window, look at the register, look at me and walk away again. Meanwhile, what I assume was the manager, was taking inventory with another coworker, not monitoring service times. I work in retail so I’m understanding and patient… but I ordered my coffee at 8:45 and drove off at 9:07 after zero interaction with an employee, no coffee, late to my appointment. Don’t waste your time.

There is a lot of variety, and the screamer is pretty good!

Are used to live in Rhode Island and I never tried this coffee but after trying it I can tell you that I missed out. If you like sugar, this is the spot for you for sure. I even like it better than most of the chain brands that are around, and I love the convenience of it being located in a gas station.

Food and coffee were great. They forgot about us because they were talking, but they genuinely apologized

One of the worst Mary Lou’s. In 2 days I’ve had 3 coffees that all taste like burnt coffee and for ordering the SAME coffee the same way each time, THEY ALL TASTED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Train your staff better to actually know the recipes (seeing as one of them was made with the wrong coffee according to your other worker). Waste of money. Waste of time. I’d rather drive to Fall River for quality and freshness

This coffee chain branding is outdated and everything tastes like sugar on steroids with harmful chemicals. No thanks.

On wensday January 3 at 2:00 I went to seasons gas station In east providence. I noticed Mary lous I've personally never been. The employee jezebelle on shift was amazing I never been to marylous before. She was very helpful she took the time to ask me my preferences and made me a peanut butter ice coffee aswell as a waffle breakfast sandwich. Most employees are rude and quick to huff and puff. She was very attentive and made sure me as the customer was satisfied. I highly recommend to take the minute and try Mary lous you won't be disappointed.

Around 4pm on 10/26, my daughters father went to the east providence location to pick up my coffee. Not only did he sit at the speaker for 10 minutes with nobody in line in front of him, but when he pulled up to the window to try and speak to someone they were purposely ignoring him. He said they were counting their tips and refused to acknowledge him. Ive personally had this happen as well, its extremely unprofessional and the staff is also very rude. Will be escalating this incident up higher, because these are horrible experiences at this location.

Really the best coffee in the East Bay—enjoyed a perfectly delicious cup of coffee ☕️ with cream and sugar. And I like the mini-cafe where you can enjoy your coffee with a pastry. Marylou’s is welcome addition to Rhode Island.
