My 1st time ordering and will never do it again... I ordered the chicken tender dinner. They we burnt, dry and tasteless, in all my life never had a French fry that was inedible.. the only think good about this whole experience was the delivery driver... definitely one and done!

Most rude ignorant place I ever doordashed from. Asked to use the restroom while waiting for my order, and they told me NO. Mind you the bathroom was right to my left, but they said only for paying costumer's. ✌️ Never again.

Poezonnies offers quality food, amazing service and a great low key atmosphere. I live and glad they are a neighborhood staple. I had a bad experience on the phone and came in the next day and the manager on duty totally made up for it!!

Disrespectful to directly ignore the requests and notes a customer leaves for a pickup order. I requested my tenders to be seasoned with Piezoni seasoning. They put nothing on the tenders and sent it out the door. My husband hand to go back, and they told him it was a butter, not a seasoning. OKAY AND? I have ordered it this way multiple times and never had an issue, it’s the same seasoning for the bone in wings, not that difficult. Finally, they put less than a capful of the “butter”. The tenders are still plain. Really frustrating service from this location lately and expensive to not be getting what you ask for.

I have been a diehard customer of this amazing restaurant for the past 10 years of my life. Being a creature of habit, I consistently order the grilled chicken, Caesar salad, pizza, which has never disappointed. The one thing I do recommend is that when you order this either online or over the phone, just ask them to make sure that the chef cuts the pizza well, if not, you will wind up with croutons and Romaine lettuce & chicken everywhere. The pizza chocolate chip cookie is an absolute must. It is like a warm tollhouse cookie that your grandma used to make for you just in the shape of a pizza.

Ordered a slice of pizza. Asked the woman if she could heat up the slice. She said it’s already warm. Got to the truck pizza slice was cold. What a terrible lunch and experience.

Fix your online salad ordering. I never receive the vegetables that are selected in the options. There are prefilled options you can change but if you like the option they never put it in the salad (mushrooms, onion, pepper, etc)
