I have never once had a bad meal here. The regular menu, the specials, everything is phenomenol, my favorite is the pecan chicken or steak tips. Besides the excellent food, the staff is great; friendly and accomadating. I love that the historic aspects have remained and adds to the overall appeal. Whether coming here for date night, a family meal, or with friends, this is always on top of our list.
I love everything about Tavern on Main. This has been my favorite RI restaurant for years, and I always recommend them, even when I don’t live in the state! Excellent service, delicious food in huge portions, and a priceless atmosphere. I love historical buildings so that’s just a bonus for me!
Stopped in for some soup to wam up. We got the chowder and stuffies and it was excellent! Highly recommend. Love the vibe of the antique place. Perfect for spookie season. Gotta get back for the prime rib!!
