First time there was 11/22/2025. I can't find anything to complain about. Service great. Food great. Atmosphere great. I requested a particular brand of scotch. They were out, ok no big deal. The hostess went down the road and got a bottle for me. Who does that. I will rate this place as exceptional. Not fancy but truly off the charts great.
My husband and I decided to have dinner here on Halloween. The restaurant is in an historic tavern and stories of paranormal activity adds to its charm. I called to make reservations for 5:30 at 1:35 which was never recorded. Luckily it was not busy and we got right in. Our server was lovely and very attentive, possessing every quality needed for a great dining experience. The food fell short of providing that great dining experience. This was a second time since the new management took over. The menu is much smaller than before but you are sure to find something you will like. We ate in the dinning room that hasn’t changed at all. It kept its quaint appeal. We ordered seafood and prime rib. All the food was cooked well and seasoned perfectly to our taste. Our server was very attentive. Overall experience the food was great staff was young and friendly!
