The Narragansett Cafe, affectionately known as "The Ganny", is a RI institution that lives up to its reputation as a dive bar with great music. The walls are adorned with autographed photos of musicians, and the large, round bar and decent-sized dance floor make it a lively spot. The menu is somewhat limited, but the dishes served are pretty good, such as the fried calamari and quesadillas. The service is good, and the staff is friendly. The cafe is a popular spot, especially on Sundays, and is located in the historic fishing village of Jamestown.
