We were a party of six. When we received our dishes I had buffalo chucked salad. The chicken was grilled and it was cold. Someone else had scrod cold and fish had several hard spots. Another person had veal parmasian also cold and veal had some hard spots and he thought they were bones. I would not recommend the restaurant at all at least I know I would never go back and the restaurant at all of the party.

Food is always good. Only issue, waitress took 20 minutes to come to our table to take our order.
We are visiting family and friends and stopped here for a bite to eat. They were able to accommodate my husbands food allergies and he was thrilled with the chicken cacciatore dish he had. I had the veal marsala. The portions were large and hearty. So very flavorful. The next time we visit, will happily stop here again.

Be careful! If you order a drink ask for the price. We ordered a Black Russian for 8$ which is suppose to be made with Kahlua but was made with some type of coffee liquor. We asked the waitress Regina if it should be made with Kahlua and was told yes, we got another drink but when the bill came, we were charged 4$ more for an upgrade of a drink that is suppose to be made with Kahlua in the first place. We spoke with Mark the manager and we were told “ we should have asked for the price”. If you order dessert to go, you will also be charged 1$ for the container .Food was good but this was an awful experience. Mark, the manager has poor customer service . He is arrogant and rude and so was the assistant manager. He should not be a manager anywhere with that type of attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will not return

Came here for dinner, should have read the reviews first. From the time we were seated, to the time we had left, over 2 hours had gone by and we saw the waitress twice. We were served our appetizers at 3 very different times. By the time our main course came out, I was surprised it wasn't cold. I got steak, which was awful. The rest of my party ordered various dishes, ranging from chicken to pasta to prime rib. It was average, at best. Not one worker here cracked a smile the entire time we were seated.

Chicken Caccitorie first time so disappointed. Very dark sauce. Chicken looked like a pattie cut up. Didn't even resemble Chicken. Worse meal I've ever had there. What happened to Chicken breasts, legs, wings all on the bone,?

I'm piggybacking off of my husband's review so I can add a picture of our, burnt and overpriced, baked seafood platter. The calamari Naples was drenched in balsamic glaze, which made the calamari soggy. Still, it was better than the main course. The waitress came right over after we were seated to take our drink order. (Here's a tip; it's helpful to at least crack a smile with your customers). We were lucky if we saw her twice after getting our appetizer. I try to take into consideration that the place was busy, (still can't figure out why) but when you have to ask the bus girls and kitchen staff for extra drinks, napkins, and ketchup, your waitress doesn't care. Never had water or bread served either, after being seated. The waitress seemed more concerned with waiting on larger parties. We actually contemplated leaving after we got our app, because service was so poor. I would never go back!! This place is like the Marchettis of Johnston; just full of regulars who have been going here so long, they haven't explored what real, good food tastes like.
We had a birthday party in the banquet room and couldn't be happier with the wonderful service and incredible food. Thank you for making this special event so memorable.
