Preparation of certain menu items such as omelettes and homefries still inconsistent with different cooks. We have had the same omelettes with different sizes or amounts of ingredients, and home fries that were really flavorful and crispy or less flavorful and bland. Sometimes you get a big omelette, sometimes small. When the owner Mark is cooking, the food is most consistent. Coffee is stronger than average. The food and service were fabulous. My daughter and I split the Johnston omelet and an order of cinnamon roll pancakes. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The coffee was OK. The service was very good. My only disappointment was I left the remaining pancake in my take out box on the table when I left and didn't realize until I got home. My apologies to our server for that. Hope to return soon.
