Best chicken tikka masala across the last 30 years of Indian food trials. 14 dishes trialed for our party— all with distinguished excellence. Small enough place for very personal experience and exchange with the chef, yet the cuisine of a high end, elegant dining experience. Pleasantly delighted! Worth going out of my way to get to Johnson for their cuisine.“

“A friend and I drove by and said let's give Home Fries Restaurant a try. I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant, and it came with home fries. The home fries were seasoned perfectly and had a great taste. The croissant was super fresh and soft, and the egg was cooked perfectly. All of the waitresses were very friendly and worked very well together. I would recommend this place to my family & friends!

Parking: We arrived there around 9:30 am and the parking lot was not crowded. We were able to get a spot right in front of the building.“

“I hadn't been in about 6 years and found that there was a change in management upon arrival. The menu was the same and the food was just as good as it was under the prior owner. Great little place, good size portions and our waitress Patty was wonderful! She actually even remembered me from years ago, glad to see a familiar face still works there.“

Chicken and waffles and Corner Beef Hash and eggs! Very yummy! The fry on the chicken was light yet crispy. The chicken was so tender it fell apart. The menu has all your brunch favorites like blueberry pancakes and Benedicts. There is also a full brunch bar offering Mimosa flights and espresso martini flights! Go check them out before the secret is out and you can't get a reservation!“

“Great townie breakfast/early lunch place that has friendly staff. Private parking lot but fills up quickly. Typical breakfast fare served quickly and consistently topped with fresh brewed coffee. Reasonable prices. Good for groups and counter seating available for singles or if there's a wait on a table. They offer some lunch options like burgers, tenders, fries ect... I've never had a bad experience. No website outside of a location created facebook page. They should change that to stay relevant with non-senior crowd.“

From the atmosphere to the friendly, attentive staff and the delicious cuisine, this place has it going on. The scallion pancake was phenomenal!! “Food is still decent but could be better. We ordered the fried rice, beef chow fun, and mapo tofu. The fried rice and beef chow fun is still in the style that I like. The fried rice has good dark coloring, a good balance of beansprouts, but could use more meat and eggs, maybe a little more diced onions. The beef chow fun had too little beef, and too much bean sprouts, although the beef was tender and juicy. The mapo tofu had very little pork, flavor was decent tho.“
