“This place was great! 1st time going and I had chicken parm while my husband had the chicken picata. The pasta sauce was phenomenal and I tried a bite of picata and it was not too lemony and cooked to perfection. We got calamari for the app and although it was fried it was a light breading and the sauce that came with was perfect among of spiciness. We also got 2 martinis and they were perfectly balanced. The fresh bake bread was also a nice addition. We had such a friendly waitress patty she was really accommodating when asking for extra cheese among checking how everything was and ensuring we were happy with everything. Milagro who i believe was one of the managers came over to see how everything was and was also friendly. Overall considering what we got everything was fantastic and not one dish was meh. The prices also were extremely reasonable as well as the portions were plentiful. I think my only mistake with this place was not taking a pic of the well plated dishes for this review. We will definitely go back!“

“Hometown Pizza & Subs was a really good stop. I had three wieners and a slice of pizza, and everything came out hot, fresh, and at the same time, which I appreciated.

The pizza was especially good. Hot and fresh without being greasy, with that classic neighborhood pizza-shop feel. I also loved the little old-school touches, like the paper-towel-style napkins and the pizza served on a foil-lined tray. Nothing fancy, just classic, and it works.
The wieners were good too. The staff was very kind and patient, and I ate inside in one of the booths. The whole place had a relaxed, chill atmosphere with good music playing in the background.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the place. Would I come back? Absolutely. Good food, friendly people, reasonable prices, and the kind of old-school local atmosphere that's getting harder to find.“

“A friend and I drove by and said let's give Home Fries Restaurant a try. I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant, and it came with home fries. The home fries were seasoned perfectly and had a great taste. The croissant was super fresh and soft, and the egg was cooked perfectly. All of the waitresses were very friendly and worked very well together. I would recommend this place to my family & friends!

Parking: We arrived there around 9:30 am and the parking lot was not crowded. We were able to get a spot right in front of the building.“

Obviously a local favorite, this smallish cafe is quite busy but there was no wait when I arrived at 11am on a Thursday. Breakfast menu is traditional: omelets, Benedicts, pancakes, waffles and breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the Hungry Man with eggs, ham, potatoes, toast and pancakes. Plenty to take home for tomorrow. Service was quick, perhaps a bit too quick as the eggs, ordered over easy, were slightly underdone. There was a large slice of tasty ham and 2 large pancakes. Overall a good meal at a good price.“

“Ordered the Juevos Rancheros. The sauce was EXCELLENT, the cotija cheese was EXCELLENT, the beans were EXCELLENT, and the corn tortillas were the BEST Ive ever had! Pretty sure they were homemade. The only issue I had was the tortillas were on a side dish where Im used to having the eggs, beans, sauce etc on top of the tortillas! Still excellent!
Also came with plantains which were very good, Im just not the biggest fan of them.“

“Been going here for several years now. Would go by not realizing it wasn't a bakery, but happy to have made my first stop years ago on a snow day, and have been going back since. Good service, good food. Menu is what you would expect for a pizza place, have found 100% accuracy over dozens of orders placed here. Food is priced appropriately and affordably.“

“We went to Fu Ming at the recommendation of good friends. I will tell you, this restaurant did NOT disappoint!! From the atmosphere to the friendly, attentive staff and the delicious cuisine, this place has it going on. The scallion pancake was phenomenal!! Everything was and tasted so fresh, even the fried foods, no taste of old or stale grease. Our whole meal was wonderful. The Scorpion Bowl for 2 was as tasty as it was STRONG!! “Food is still decent but could be better. We ordered the fried rice, beef chow fun, and mapo tofu. The fried rice and beef chow fun is still in the style that I like. The fried rice has good dark coloring, a good balance of beansprouts, but could use more meat and eggs, maybe a little more diced onions. The beef chow fun had too little beef, and too much bean sprouts, although the beef was tender and juicy. The mapo tofu had very little pork, flavor was decent tho.“
