I just placed a 10:30 am mobile order for lunch food using the BK app. The app allowed me to order and confirmed a 10:37 pick up time. I arrived and was told “uh I don’t have lunch food for another 20 minutes you can uh wait” I asked why the app allowed me to place an order that couldn’t be fulfilled. “ Oh it let’s you order anything at anytime like Grubhub”
Which is false because prior to 10:30 the APP would not allow me to order citing that it was breakfast...read full review
