“Simply horrendous!! The appetizers tasted old, Dinner was cold, BLAH!! Asked the bar for cranberry juice and got Hawaiian Punch!! Took over 3 hours for all of the courses to be served. Finally, the coffee was brought out! Yes, you guessed it—COLD AND OLD!! We never got dessert. Told waitress my husband didn’t feel well and I asked her if we could get a couple of pastries to go, she refused! Paid $40 X 2!! An awful lot of money for high priced garbage and service that took well over 3 hours to complete!!“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Cafe and could not recommend them enough for any shower, meeting or event needs. First, Mike was a pleasure to work with. The communication was always constant and thorough. He was extremely helpful in the planning process. The place looked amazing on the day of the shower and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Frank and Kim were the staff members on during my shower and they were amazing. I wish I had another need to use them for but will definitely use them again when the opportunity presents itself! The food was delicious and everyone at my shower could not stop raving about it. It made my baby shower perfect!“
“401 Gourmet just catered my wedding as they did a phenomenal job! The food was delicious absolutely loved the grilled watermelon with feta & basil as well as the fried goats cheese. Their desserts were amazing and the staff was super friendly would highly recommend them for any event.“

Staff were professional, courteous, and accessible.Dave was always available by cell to answer questions and coordinate.Prices were reasonable and competitive.Certainly a value for the money spent.Will recommend.“

“I’m SO glad we booked Pranzi to cater our June 2025 wedding!! Not only was the food delicious (we had so many friends and family tell us how much they liked it) but the staff was amazing. Throughout the night I had the kindest bar tenders and servers, always making sure I had food and helped with anything else I needed.
Special shout out to Elizabeth!! She helped me plan every detail of our day from the very beginning. She was so easy to work with and responded to (all) of my emails within a day. She made our vision come to life and we wouldn’t have had the most perfect day without her. This company does it all and everyone should book them for their wedding!! Did I mention how good the food was?“

“We had Cozy for our wedding on May 31 Set up was nice. Cleanup was rushed. Missing a few things. As cocktail hour was approaching...I, the groom approached the bartender and asked for a drink and she told me it was not cocktail hour yet. 🤣 Food was good. Steak seemed a little different than our tasting. Fish was good. We were promised proseco...there was none. We were not given any champagne for our toast. After we cut the cake, we would of liked to light our candle but we were told...nah forget that...take them home. seemed very rushed. Anyway, other than that it went pretty well.“

“Chef Bre created an incredible, delicious, and romantic dinner experience for my partner’s birthday. From the menu planning process, helping lay out the room and making sure the secret was preserved, through her leaving the kitchen spotless I could not be happier that I worked with Bre for this dinner. Her creativity with foods, flavors and texture blew us away with every course. She created a 5 course meal for us that was delicious and just kept getting better. There was not a single thing we didn’t love. Chef Bre clearly cares so deeply about food and the experience a good meal can create and we feel very lucky to have experienced it. She really took the information I provided about favorite flavors and foods And made a meal that had my partner written all over it in it. “We live outside of Boston with many options, but after ordering Rosh Hashanah, Shabbat and Thanksgiving meals from Ahava, they are officially our favorite! For a great value you get DELICIOUS food in generous quantities, that basically feels and tastes home cooked with love ( ahava?). Thanks for helping this busy working, no time for cooking family enjoy the holidays so much!“
