Drive-thru was very slow even with only 3 cars in line. Food took long l ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 wake-up wraps. It was still cold and not heated all the way.

Since they remodeled this place has been amazing!! Fully staffed, quick with orders, not listening to coworkers drama, like in other dunking places!! They are respectful, have great customer service skills, and funny! My order is always correct!! it is nice to see people smile and enjoying their morning! It makes my every day Dunkin morning run a delight!

Honestly every single time I come here it's a problem just to get the simplest coffee if I go through the drive-thru I end up having to park my car if I go inside I end up standing there for 20 minutes or they make the wrong thing that's just what it is I honestly feel like for whatever reason I just get the worst look when I come to this location and everybody else seems to get their food pretty quick

The server charged me for the wrong item that I had a coupon for and refused to change it. Have the time servers look like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. No one says, "Have a good day." I would go to another one, but that is the closest to my job.

Went through the drive thru at 12pm and ordered 3 munchkins. The woman told me they ran out. So i shook my head. The woman taking my order saw me shaking my head through the drive thru camera and told me "i dont know why you're shaking your head". So with that attitude i told her "im shaking it because you're already out of munchkins". She didnt offer any other donuts. Just her attitude.Needless to say, as my first time stopping by this place-she clearly needs a new job. Maybe she should be a baker so they can have more donuts available and she wont have to deal with the general public. Customer service isnt her strong suit. And i most definitely wont be returning.

Doesn't look like I can add a photo....but this has got to be the most disgusting coffee I've ever received in my lifetime ... Ya'll got a new drive-thru lane now? Maybe it's time for some new employees too ... I wish I could take a picture of this.... It just looks like rusty water with ice in it ...smh .... I should have went to McDonald's instead. #boycotting this Dunkin location indefinitely because this isn't the first time service and beverage have both SUCKED! Argumentative staff and disgusting quality coffee. Need a refresher course on how to brew coffee apparently. Who's the manager? Hold them responsible for this hot garbage! ?️ This is why I always ask to go behind the counter and make my own coffee...smh bozos

I’ve come here quite a few times I’ve given this place so many chances. Unfortunately it’s not the best. I’ve been to many Dunkin’s and everytime I come here it’s nothing good. It’s always a mess and the place reeks of just old food. The workers do not care at all about their work. I’ve ordered in advanced so many times to this location and when I go to pick up my order they work on it as I ask for it. “Oh I didn’t see this” every single time. On their phones or comparing about their boss. Straws all over the floor and the cashier was just so rude. I’ve even gotten a refrsher here and it was made wrong. Full of ice and just straight tea. 4$ down the drain. I understand how it is to work in fast food I’ve been to some amazing Dunkin’s but nobody their cares for their job just being on their phones and getting out. The lady went as far as throwing my bag to me. Even my coffees they screw up. I had one lady make it incorrectly and gave it to me like she did nothing wrong saying “I’m in a rush” even tho the place was a ghost townNot to mention the donut paper was all over the floor and the lady just threw her headset with an attitude “ugh Dunkin how do you want your order”. From there trash talking what the person wanted. Leaving was the best part of my visit
