I believe her name is Shawny/shawnee? She was so sweet and friendly. I’ve never had such great customer service at this dunkin like today. Please hire more people like her. She’s so great and completely made my morning with her kindness!! 🫶🫶

Dunkin' has become amazing since the remodel. The staff is fully present, quick, and respectful, providing great customer service. The employees are friendly and accurate with orders, making every morning run delightful. However, some servers seem disinterested and forget common courtesies. Despite this, a female manager with two-tone hair stood out for her exceptional kindness and professionalism, going out of her way to assist a customer even during a busy time. The caring attitude towards customers is truly appreciated at this location.
