I'm writing this review in response to my visit at Dunkin Donuts on Atwood are in Johnston, lately I've had nothing but Good things to say. I really respect Joanne as a Manager she is the #1 in my book !! I will keep going there as long as I can have Joanne R is there ! She Always has a Beautiful Smile every time I go in there ❤️ keep up the Great work Joanne and keep Smiling ? Thanks again for everything you do for me ?
The ham n Cheese roll ups are 👌
Good experience at the drive-through… lady at the window was very helpful in getting my order right… the Kylie drink is very good…

Dunkin' has become amazing since the remodel. The staff is fully present, quick, and respectful, providing great customer service. The employees are friendly and accurate with orders, making every morning run delightful. However, some servers seem disinterested and forget common courtesies. Despite this, a female manager with two-tone hair stood out for her exceptional kindness and professionalism, going out of her way to assist a customer even during a busy time. The caring attitude towards customers is truly appreciated at this location.
