I walk into this Starbucks on Atwood ave
Cranston,RI I asked for the manager the girl looks at the manager she looks at me and says to me what I was in retail for many years as a manager,and a district manager, I never addressed a customer with what no and I never had one addressed me with until now I was dumbfounded. The Starbucks at 1412 Atwood Avenue
Johnston, RI 02919 is phenomenal. Always friendly, and even though I always order through the mobile app, I always get acknowledged… even when my daughter and I grab and go! They make my day every Saturday!
It should not take 14 minutes to get a hot chocolate in the morning. just because I chose to come inside doesn't mean I have extra time to wait. I chose inside because I didn't want to chance the wait in the drive thru. Should've chosen the drive thru. I could've gotten a meal in a nice restaurant faster.
