Customers pay a 'premium' for coffee & frap, so we expect 'premium care' (at least I do) in how it's made to my exact request. HOWEVER some of the times they don't come out right and im tired of asking for them to be remade. I feel awkward. BUT I'm PAYING GOOD MONEY for these ! Another thing that is troubling, I get 'stuck' in the drive thru sometimes because they don't have certain stuff to make the Fraps I ask for an I'm not just going to select something else so i end up waiting considerable time to get out. because of that i usually walk in. I used to go literally everyday but that expense became too much, for the 'sometimes haphazard items given'. I'm not totally complaining here but there are ongoing issues, that shouldn't be for the prices of stuff we all pay

The Asian chick at this location is just the sweetest. Christa I think is her name. Polite, happy, and helpful. I’m here for work, and under a time crunch; I was stressed, but she just brightened my day a bit. They also offered me a drink that they made for training purposes.

Tim is the most unprofessional person working in that store. He takes short cuts around every order placed and slams things around like no one can see him. If you tell him to remake a coffee, be prepared for him to make a big deal of it. People pay $8 for most coffees sold here, no reason for it to be made wrong every single time. Worst Starbucks in the state.

This starbucks level of customer service is horrendous! My last 3 stops here have been horrible and I will never go back. The quality of employees is the issue. They couldn’t care less about the service they’re delivering. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

Love my venti iced salted caramel cold brew and the gouda, bacon and egg sandwich. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even under such a customer demanding job when you have in person order with app orders coming from inside the store and drive thru. Keep up the excellent service and great tasting products!!!!

Went today... I usually don't do this but. The front staff wasn't too friendly. And my drink... I only got like 4 sips out of it. I ordered a grande and there's enough ice in there for half a venti ... so the person wearing a hat def used a venti ice scooper. spent almost $7 for just ice. I hate this location.
