The girl on drive thru when I went at night time was rude! Next time I’ll get her name. On top didn’t scan for my points too! So much for customer service! Sorry not sorry! Can’t be nice then don’t expect nice customers either! I’m sure jobs require great customer service upon hiring someone. Because mine sure does.
Customers pay a 'premium' for coffee & frap, so we expect 'premium care' (at least I do) in how it's made to my exact request. HOWEVER some of the times they don't come out right and im tired of asking for them to be remade. I feel awkward. BUT I'm PAYING GOOD MONEY for these ! The Asian chick at this location is just the sweetest. Christa I think is her name. Polite, happy, and helpful. I’m here for work, and under a time crunch; I was stressed, but she just brightened my day a bit. They also offered me a drink that they made for training purposes.
