Been visiting Sumo Sushi for YEARS. Stopped by before they even opened in Newport to see what was coming and never looked back. The Kingston location is easy to find and the food as excellent as the Newport spot, shout out to Steve, he's my hero in Sushi land
this sushi was so good!! i stopped in to grab some californa rolls cus my local stop and shop was out and it was sooo tasty, the miso soup was so flavourful too! the entire place was just run by one lovely man, who quickly got me my order! he was very polite and kind. i would definetly come back!!Dietary restrictions: food was kosher, and we got to see him prepare it!

Very good quality handmade sushi and excellent service at a reasonable price. Owner is very friendly and passionate about his business. When it comes to sushi in particular, I am very picky, but the food quality and service keep bringing me back in. The dining space is relatively small, but I typically order to-go. Highly recommend this restaurant to any sushi enthusiasts.
