“Went in for some chicken Pho which was great and is definitely my new favorite spot to get it. While in there I mentioned I've never tried sushi and was interested in it. They made me a Kayla roll to try and it was way better than I expected and definitely has me interested in trying more types in the future. Also tried the gyoza and it was also a 10/10. Definitely will be back“

“I love this place despite the smaller space and limited hours. Don't go for a service experience, this is much more casual mom and pop w/ one sushi chef but it works out.
This five start rating is all about the freshmess of the Sushi. Some of the “more creative” Sushi places in Providence are good and have jazzier spaces but they don’t have the freshness level of Ran Zan. I have TWICE had another customer state this is the only place they get Sushi when not in Japan. As far as Providence I have done them all many times over and this is the best.“

“Fantastic food & excellent service!!!!! Our 1st time here & we made reservations which I highly recommend, staff was super friendly and helpful in every way along with delicious fresh food, sushi was unbelievable and there is small parking lot in back if street parking is not available, decor was very nice & deffenitly will be back.“

“My friend, Scott, took me to Haruki last night for dinner, knowing that I’m OBSESSED with sushi, the same way he is. He insisted that it would be worth the drive from Rochester, MA (my location) to Cranston, raving, “It’s the BEST!” and promising me that I won’t be disappointed. I’ll tell you this… he was not wrong!! From the sushi, to the service… A++++ Their entire staff is full of joyous energy and are super on top of everything. It’s so refreshing to see a place of business full of an entire group of people all working so wonderfully together. Getting their ish done like champs all while laughing, smiling, helping, but most importantly, they are all HAPPY. That happiness is infectious. Looking around the restaurant, all you could see was a place full of love, though and through. Our waiter, Tony, was SUCH a sweetheart. Though it was a busy night, he made time to chat with us throughout service. He knows Scott since he’s been a long-time customer. At the end of dinner, Tony truly showed his appreciation to Scotty for being a valued customer for so long by treating us to one of their most delicious bottles of saké, on the house. It was so smooth and delicious. Between the sushi being absolutely phenomenal… I’m talking OUT OF THIS WORLD (and I’m a sushi snob and a half), the rocking staff, the pleasant atmosphere and the fantastic prices, you really can’t beat this gem of a place. It is most definitely a new favorite!“

“The food was fantastic, however my family went under the impression that it was hibachi. Hibachi food was served, but there was no visible show of the hibachi being made. The seating was insanely cramped, which is a disappointment because the food really was good. I'd go again, but I'd avoid bringing a large party.“

“This was the best meal I've had in a long time. The whole experience was top notch. The dumplings in peanut sauce were absolutely amazing. The sushi was great. The fried noodles were excellent. “Really enjoyed the offering they have including make your own Ramen they were heavy if you have two. Sakura milk tea was so good it had hint of cherry blossoms even better if you got them with tapioca pearls. A staff at the holiday Inn Theodore Francis Green Airport recommended this to us.

“Found this little hidden gem on our way out of Prov on a Sunday afternoon.Ordered: Yoo Roll (45), Volcano Roll (13), & Rainbow Roll (11) also the Thai Ice TeaThe sushi was SO delicious and fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Tea was also good.Atmosphere is so simple & quiet, a relaxing place to wait for your sushi.I can see this place is busy with online/phone orders and door dash, the inside service was a bit slow, (hence the 4 stars) but once we got that delicious platter we forgot about the wait. It was worth the wait“
