“Wish I could give more stars. DoorDashed 2 chicken hibachi dinners with mushroom soup and a side of rice and noodles (for my little one). The portions were awesome and the flavor was even better. The chicken was sitting in a yummy sauce so I used the yum yum sauce for the rice. The chicken was extremely tender. I have been to many hibachi restaurants and I found my favorite. With delivery there is always some type of disappointment (left out item/cold food..etc) but Raku Sakura didn't forget anything and our food arrived hot&fresh. “Bon is always on point. Great hibachi and sushi. I think they have some of the best crab rangoon around. The gyoza is also excellent. The sushi is always very fresh. The hibachi chefs always put on an amazing show. Highly recommend for any event or just a casual night out. “My sister and I visited O Sushi on Christmas Eve. It was not at all what I expected. It's a lot bigger inside than it looks, it's really nice, and the best part was the awesome food, drinks and service. Kili was our bartender, and she was just fantastic. “Haruki has always been my favorite, the go to for freshness and delicious sushi. My all time favorite is the Die Hard. If you like spicy this one is a must. I love how the heat come on the end once you enjoyed the flavor of the fish. Must like cilantro!! The heat is complained by the freshness of the cilantro, my mouth waters... If you dine in sit at the sushi bar, a great way to spend the night watching the masters at work. Great sorce of entertainment on a date too. Lol“
“I would have given them 5 starts if it wasn’t for the fact that the main Chefs with the long hat wasn’t the one who cooked the food this time. This time around there was a new set of cooks cooking and they didn’t do a good job making the food. For instance, some of my sister beef was still raw and they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce on the beef and chicken teriyaki and the vegetables that are usually cooked to perfection were over cooked too. In addition to this the vegetables in the fried rice tasted like they just came out of a can, which I don’t care to much but it has never tasted that way before. At least the rice was cooked and the chicken. But like I said if it was the original chef with the top hat who usually cooks it I would have given them a 5 out of 5 stars because his food is delicious.“

I moved to southeastern MA in 2017 and have spent these years looking for my Haruki replacement to no avail. Why this place doesn't have a 4.9 overall star rating I can't understand! I've read some of the low reviews, and people complain of the customer service and wait staff. I found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and simply wonderful! It seems that a lot of people on here can't actually read the menu, where it actually states in black and white what is included in and on the rolls. I made a change on one of mine, and the staff was happy to accommodate. Maybe it's the way some.people talk to the staff, perhaps as though they are entitled? I think diners have forgotten how to politely communicate with staff, especially when there may be differences in culture (you've always got to keep this in mind)! Now that I told you how incredible the service is, let me tell you how much I loved the atmosphere of this dark, quaint hideaway. It's beautiful.. if you're looking for a brightly lit commercial restaurant, this is not it.. for those diiners complaining of it being small and dark, then why did they sit here and eat in the first place? Surely they saw exactly what it was like when they first walked in! Strange anyone would leave them a bad review for this when they are the ones that chose to sit and dine here knowing full well what the atmosphere was like. Mind-blowing really how ridiculous some people are! The sushi is outstanding. Most places fill their rolls with rice and give you very little protein. This place is the opposite, a good portion of protein in the rolls with a small amount of rice. I appreciated this!Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
