I’m not someone to write reviews, but this was a much needed one to share my experience. I ordered food from here on a Tuesday night. I ordered a small vegetable lo mein and small won ton soup. The total should have came out to $15.50 (looking at the website and paper menus in store). The worker said it would be ready in 15 minutes. About 20-25 minutes later, I show up and he checks me out saying it will be $20. I ask, and he rudely said yes it’s correct and rushed me without letting me ask questions. I waited another 5 minutes for my food. When he handed me the bag, he ripped off the receipt that was stapled on it so I couldn’t verify what I was rung up for. I asked again if it was lo mein and soup and he said yes.
I got home to eat it and the soup was ok, it had lots of vegetables floating in it. The lo mein had no taste. Sad to say, the customer service was terrible and the food was very overpriced. I won’t be coming back.

Extremely friendly service and they seem to have a lot of regulars. I personally am addicted to the spare ribs and the beef sticks which are both appetizers but huge portions.

We have been doing take out for years. Last Thursday we ordered at 5:40 and our food arrived at 6:50, well over an hour. They said 45 minutes. When we called and spoke to the manager she didn't even apologize!! Our food was cold and not very enjoyable.

The food is delicious! Probably the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is high quality and authentic.I would recommend this to someone who is looking for Chinese food!🙂

I love Ching Tao!!!!Their noodles are delicious!Definitely a 5 star resturant. Not going out of Middletown for a while.Their soda is fizzy and yummy.

Made the mistake of ordering sweet& sour chicken. Disappointed.The chicken was soaked in sweet and sour sauce. It was sweet and sour soup with chicken. Actually disgusting. Should have stated to keep sauce separate

Food was mediocre at best. The waiter was extremely rude. We were the only people on there and he dismissively waved his hand at my wife when she wasn't quite ready to order. He had nothing else to do and acted like he couldn't be bothered.
