OMG... Lived here in Middletown for 2 years and first time visiting IHOP! Don't know why I waited so long. Wife and I stopped in for a late evening dinner(breakfast) and everything was amazing. Ashley was our waitress; very attentive and took care of us. The kitchen staff absolutely crushed it! Had the Spicy Poblano Hollandaise.... ??? Not all IHOPs are created equal, but this one is really good!It’s clean, the service is great and the food is consistent.As a vegetarian, the Impossible sausage patty keeps me coming back! It’s not something I find at most diners. For those that like a classic breakfast, I recommend the World Famous Breakfast combo.My only complaint: the $3.60 iced coffee should be free refills.
