Stopped by hoping to grab a quick coffee, but left disappointed. The place looked nice from the outside, but the service was practically nonexistent. I waited at the counter for several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment, even though staff were clearly visible. After standing there awkwardly, I gave up and went to another café nearby. Definitely not the kind of customer service I’d expect from a coffee shop.

Back to Custom House cafe after one year to find the same food so delicious so tasty! Green door vegetarian burger is more than 5*!!! I will come back again!
