OK. So there are few restaurants and eateries that knock my socks off and Sprout and Lentil is one of them. In the plant based world there are the greats that are wonderful but not everyday places. Only one other plant based/vegan restaurant has knocked my socks off like Sprout and Lentil and that is Vegalicious in Nashville, TN. Great stop for veg food. I wasn’t blown away but had a satisfying meal. The shop is quite small with view of the back of business park, so more of a takeaway place. They had a few stools and two tables outside. I love their pastry selection especially the pop tart they make.

For most Rhode Islanders, this place is out of the way but it’s worth the drive. Very tasty vegan food! It’s evident that the chef and team care about the details. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer.
