I took my wife there today for lunch for the first time. We made the 30-minute trek and we were not disappointed. I had Bluto's Chicken Sandwich and my wife had the Chickpea Wrap. OUTSTANDING! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good Vegan spot 👍
cauliflower buffalo nuggets with vegan blue cheese dip!
Had the best pizza ever. Staff was awesome and the rest of the menu looked so good! I need to go back as soon as possible!

Sprout and Lentil is a delightful restaurant serving a variety of delicious dishes. The black bean burger with mushrooms and coleslaw is a standout, with excellent presentation and flavor. The "Nacho average salad" is another favorite, with crispy nuggets and sauces. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is superb. The owner/operator is very friendly and clearly loves what they do. Customers praise the excellent vegan options. Diners also enjoy the Buffalo Mac and cheese, crispy fries, and the fresh quality ingredients used in the thoughtful menu items. The portions are bountiful, the dishes are beautifully plated, and the prices are attractive. This tiny little place offers super fresh vegan food and gf options as well. The food doesn’t make you feel sluggish, which means the food is cooked with clean ingredients. Everything was amazing and customers left speechless.
