Small and very delicious place. Crunchy cauliflower nuggets, BLT, Philly cheese sandwiches were fantastic. Plus, we got a very realistic vegan egg on the house. Super friendly!

For most Rhode Islanders, this place is out of the way but it’s worth the drive. Very tasty vegan food! It’s evident that the chef and team care about the details. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer.

OK. So there are few restaurants and eateries that knock my socks off and Sprout and Lentil is one of them. In the plant based world there are the greats that are wonderful but not everyday places. Only one other plant based/vegan restaurant has knocked my socks off like Sprout and Lentil and that is Vegalicious in Nashville, TN. And both are very accessible everyday establishments that even meat eaters can enjoy. If I could give Sprout and Lentil 100 stars I would. Go there, order the Royale with cheese, go home, put on Pulp Fiction and enjoy! You will not be disappointed. And if you are ever in Nashville go visit Vegalicious.

Great stop for veg food. I wasn’t blown away but had a satisfying meal. The shop is quite small with view of the back of business park, so more of a takeaway place. They had a few stools and two tables outside. I love their pastry selection especially the pop tart they make.

It's a small place but they know how to make some good food! I had the Mexican Pizza, my wife had the beet falafel, both were very tasty! Pizza was pretty filling though my wife needed something more than just the falafel, to bad they don't offer a meal package with a side to go with it.The desserts were so so. We got the carrot cake and chocolate cupcakes, they were unfortunately nothing to write home about.The guy working the counter was super friendly and helped us figure out what we wanted.Place was small, luckily we were the only two there otherwise my wife would of had trouble getting her wheelchair around. And handicap parking is pretty limited.If we're ever back in the area I can definitely see us stopping by again!

Absolutely delicious food with amazing service. I've never had cauliflower wings this good ever, it was so crispy and yummy and delicious. Originally ordered teriyaki and got buffalo and they easily replaced it.I halved a kimchi dog and a t rex burger with my partner and they were SO good. The hotdog was so well seasoned and honestly so much more delicious than a regular hotdog. 10/10 would recommend the hotdog.Just an FYI if you're coming in a big group: the indoor seating is for three and there's like two tables outside). Also not sure if there's a toilet .. and no lil water dispenser but that's a me problem lol.Can't wait to come back!!!! Edited: there's a restroom and they offer water !! Ignore my initial statement, sorry ?Vegetarian options: Menu is all vegan!
I eat at alot of vegan restaurants and this was by far one of the best. I love how the burgers are made in house, and aren’t “beyond” brand. Aka cancer patties. Me and my girlfriend had burgers, and shared the cauliflower wings which were delicious as well. Overall a great spot to eat. A bit pricey but worth it.

Incredible veggie food! The fried cauliflower is amazing, perfectly crispy and the general tsp’s sauce is just the right balance of sweet and savory. Fries are great and the Chipotle Mayo is a must! Highly recommend for delicious vegan/vegetarian food, service is quick and friendly and the space has cute art.Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian menu with options for every palate.Parking: Lots of easy free parking in the lot in front of the building.
