Best Dunkin Donuts around by far always good service there
Every time i go here they mess up either a simple drink or a sandwich. Ask for a croissant, you get a bagel and so on..
This Dunkin has the friendliest workers. Food and drinks turned out great too.

Dunkin' remains a generally good choice on the island, with friendly staff who try to address any issues with orders. However, the service can sometimes be affected by being understaffed, which leads to longer wait times. Customers often find the coffee and food to be reliable and affordable, with the option for warming and buttering items upon request. The East Main Road Portsmouth location, however, has experienced some issues with service quality that may need management attention. Recently, some customers have noted longer wait times, mediocre staff, and occasional errors in the cash register, such as incorrect change. Despite these problems, many still enjoy the donuts, which are described as yummy and fresh, and the XL coffee, even if pricing errors occur occasionally. Delivery options like Uber Eats are also popular, but concerns about milk quality have been raised, emphasizing the importance of health safety. Overall, Dunkin' continues to be a dependable spot with affordable prices and accommodating service, though some locations might benefit from better management.
