Have had inconsistent meals here. The sandwiches are very good but you cannot depend on the time to pick up. Website gives a 45 minute wait at lunch. Several times food not ready. That's the point of online ordering. Today added instructions for condiments and sandwich had none.

In response to the question below: What can be done better?Put them cold subs in a hot press, then it would go all the way to five.Also the guy slicing the bread didn't do the best cut, leaving one side of the top bread paper thin.

When there was a mistake made to our order, Brandon went above and beyond to correct it and was polite, patient, and respectful when he made the corrections. He truly went above and beyond. My sandwich was wonderful.
