Excellent service excellent food. Came here with family and we all ordered burgers and chicken wraps and everything we had was absolutely delicious. We would definitely come back.

Shawn was PHENOMENAL! He attentively took our order and went above and beyond to supersede our expectations. He was knowledgeable, customer-focused, and efficient. We loved him and will be back to see him. On the other hand - the other employees working were very rude and created an uncomfortable environment, as though us being there was an inconvenience to them - they did not get our order correct. Thank you, Shawn, for being so wonderful - everyone else should take notes.

So my mother sister sisters grandson and I went for dinner. Mary was our waitress she was awesome. We had app dinner and dessert. Mary was very patient with us and she made a great cup of coffee. Thank you Newport Creamery for great family memories

I've been here a couple times because I love the icecream! You will needs hours of time coming to this place. The service is extremely slow! There are always so many employees too so I don't understand why it always takes so long. Icecream is delicious, food is basic. Nothing special!Parking: Tons of parking right outside the building. They have their own lot.Kid-friendliness: I have a 5 year old boy. He was running around after eating all his icecream with toppings. Didn't bother anyone. He also speaks very loudly! I always have to tell him to whisper.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. They have good staples as well as unique options. I got the vermonster which was delicious. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich. The servers were friendly and the food came quickly. For dessert I got an awful awful, better than a milkshake!
