First time at Pasta Vino and it was for a private event. The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a mature vibe. The food was amazing, specifically the meatballs and the fresh bread! The service was excellent and the owner mingled and made sure everyone felt at home. I will definitely be back!
Wonderful meal. Had a special as the appetizer, a salad and the carbonara. Took the tiramisu to go. Wonderful small feel and everything was very fresh and flavorful. Even with a nearly full house food was timely to the table.
Amazing food and service. Sergiu was a very attentive, terrific server.

Pasta Vino is a hidden gem on Aquidneck Island in Middletown, offering great Italian dishes and fantastic, truly Italian food. The ambiance is excellent, making it a great place to watch the Milan Olympics. The food is fresh and delicious, with specific highlights being the meatballs and pasta, the Di Mare, and the Amatriciana—rigatoni with pork cheeks—rated a five. The staff are competent, friendly, lovely, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing amazing service and kindness that cannot be beat. Everyone is personable and ensures a warm, welcoming dining experience. Prices are reasonable. It is a highly recommended good choice for a great meal, and many wish they could try everything on the menu or come back every weekend.
