The website said it was open daily until 11 pm, got there at 10:15 and it was closed. The door also says open until 11 pm, but clearly that was a lie. I just wish I hadn't driven all the way there for nothing. Wish I could have had a more positive experience with this establishment.

Good gelato. Open till 11pm. Only place around. Parking is confusing but spaces are available. Six chairs to sit outside face parking lot. $7 two scoops of gelato. Waffle bowl $1.25. $8.25 for two scoops and waffle bowl. Scoops were good size. Fast service. Young friendly staff. Pistachio light flavor. Cannoli flavor initially good light also. Nutella flavor a must. Espresso more maple than espresso. Should be stronger.

The store is super cute and smells really good, but the oreo ice cream barely had oreo. There weren't any oreo pieces, just occasional specks of oreo, and it was sort of melted when they handed it to me. Also a bit expensive, $6 for the cup shown. I will say I really appreciated the vegan and dairy free options even though I didn't get them because I don't like coconut.

Nana's Ice Cream and Gelato was a stop for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights. Nana's Ice Cream and Gelato is located in Pier Market Place and across from Narragansett Town Beach. There are options for ice cream, gelato, and soft serve. I had their cannoli gelato and it was absolutely wonderful. There are pieces of mini chocolate chips and cannoli shell pieces. It really tasted like I was eating a cannoli. There is plenty of parking spots available. Service was wonderful and quick. There are tables and benches outside for you to enjoy the ice cream. After we ate our ice cream, we walked over to the Narragansett Town Beach and it was nice seeing the beach.

They LAUGHED the person I sent in with an old gift certificate to pick up my birthday ice cream cake (cert was for an ice cream pizza but they didn't have it/ wouldn't make it). We called hours ahead. The pick up person had to pay the full price. The cake wasn't even made by Nana's; we would've gone somewhere else! Very dishonorable. I wonder if they would have treated someone older than 18 the same? Anyway, I won that gift cert at the local high school and they didn't honor it and never followed up with us. Bad business.

The worst ice cream and vegan ice cream we've ever had. No chips or cookie dough in both our vegan and none vegan cookie dough...vegan cookies and cream also icy and blah. All our parties cones were Icy , freezer burnt.. lacking flavor .... Huge dissatisfaction!Gonna try Brickleys.

This was really bad ice cream. Icy crumbly texture to the vegan. Also no chocolate chips or cookie dough in that flavor for both my vegan and my husbands regular ice cream. We LOVE ice cream and we both would never return here. Too bad!

Very yummy ice cream, gelato & soft serve! My daughter and I had chocolate dipped waffle cones with a scoop of ice cream & a scoop of gelato. Lots of flavor choices. There was a line but it moved very quickly. This place is in a little plaza across the street from the ocean near the Narragansett Towers. There are some benches to sit outside or why not eat your ice cream while walking on the beach!

The "Go to" place after a day at Narragansett Beach. Within walking distance, located right behind the Aqua Blue hotel. Lots of flavors to choose from including a good selection of gelato. The space is rather small, there's usually a long line, but the staff moves the crowd pretty. In essence, it's definitely worth the wait.
