Nana's Ice Cream & Gelato Cafe, located in Pier Market Place near Narragansett Town Beach, offers a variety of ice cream, gelato, and soft serve, along with a great variety of candy like taffy and Swedish fish. The cafe is open till 11pm and has a few outdoor seats facing the parking lot. Prices are reasonable, with two scoops costing $7 and a waffle bowl adding $1.25. The gelato comes in generous scoops with flavors such as pistachio, cannoli, Nutella, espresso crunch, tiramisu, Nana's kisses, cookies and cream, and peanut butter chocolate—all terrific! The cannoli gelato, in particular, is highly recommended for its authentic taste. Notably, Nana's also offers various vegan flavors for those with dairy allergies. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick. Parking never seemed to be a problem, with cars coming and going continuously. A traditional stop for many visitors, Nana's is a must-visit for amazing ice cream and gelato.
