“This evening I had a less than stellar interaction with a DoorDash “customer service” representative as my third party delivery from Applebees in the commons and DoorDash would not assist INSISTING they’d “just spoken to the dasher and they just picked it up so there’s nothing else we can do for you”. I confirmed with the location that it was in fact NOT picked up and coordinated with them directly to get our order situation sorted out. Sabrina at the bar, Brian the manager, and Sarah M who I spoke to multiple times and who brought me my order were all super helpful and kind and I very much so appreciate their help and PROFESSIONALISM! Oh, also the dasher showed up at 7:10 to “pick up my order” that had been cancelled already (which was an hour and 10 minutes after is was supposed to be DELIVERED to me) while I was in the restaurant and the staff intervened and didn’t allow them to scam me out of my order :)“
