These people know a thing about service. Sometimes Ben & Jerry’s can just feel like another corporate experience, but in my experience, it’s not been that way thanks a lot to Cain!
Always an amazing experience every time we go. Outstanding service and outstanding ice cream. I love the atmosphere of the place, as well as the decor and the way the menus are set up. Additionally, I like the format of the place. I always do my best to stop by :)
I had a non-dairy strawberry cheesecake ice cream and asked for a waffle cone. The young man informed me that the cone had dairy which for me is OK. I want to commend him on that observation and also to thank him. BTW: the ice cream was delicious, the best non-dairy I've ever had. Thank you again. ?
