When I was a child in the late 50's and early 60's my Grandmother wold take us to lunch at Christie's. In her understated words: A fine Newport restaurant" Forty years later I went back and was very disappointed. It was dingy, run down, smelled sort of rancid and the food was just plain lousy. This place is awesome! Customer service is great, plenty of room to hang out, indoor outdoor is great, prices reasonable and just an overall great experience. Love it here, will come everytime I'm in Newport!
