I rated CRU Cafe a 4/5 stars because one of my family members ordered a chai latte and it came out luke-warm. The portions of food were so big, so I would recommend sharing meals. The toast was a bit chewy, but the coffee and orange juice were really good. The eggs were delicious and cheesy!
You order your food at the counter, and they bring it to your table. The food was delicious. Everyone was friendly and they had people clearing the tables. We enjoyed it. When we ordered, the lady taking our order overhead that we were going to share a sandwich, so she asked if we wanted it cut in half and served on two plates without us having to say a thing. I thought that was awesome.
Found this amazing restaurant during my trip to Newport, Rhode Island, in May. If I had learned about this place sooner , I would have been there every morning for breakfast, amazing service, and low prices for the amount of food you get.
