I especially love getting a juice from here after yoga around the corner, but from time to time I'll get a smoothie or the coconut bacon BLT. The BLT is just as good as real bacon, I think there's some kind of black magic involved in the recipe.

The atmosphere is nice, especially sitting out front and watching the people walk by. Very enjoyable on a nice sunny day.“

I come in often after a workout to get some delicious caffeine that makes me feel refreshed and energized, any one of Tracy's yummy and healthy shakes that leaves me feeling satisfied, and I also come for the good vibes. Tracy is a thoughtful host, generous with her knowledge and her uplifting energy and an equally wonderful person who I've grown to be good friends with. She's created a warm atmosphere and has attracted a special community here in Newport that I always look forward to returning to. You will always leave here feeling better than you came in. :)

“I liked the variety of juices and other organic goods. The electrolyte juice was my favorite, and I loved the chocolate nut milk. Everything is made of simple organic ingredients which is great! Only downside is all the drinks go bad within 3 days, which is tough if you don't live close.“
