The ice cream was bomb! Had a very good service too, the nice young man who helped me was not impatient despite me taking a while to decide ahah! A lot of choice of sweets and ice cream. Thank you! 🙌

I visited this ice cream shop and loved it. The ice cream has delicious flavors, and the scoop size is generous—much bigger than I expected! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. I definitely recommend it and will return to try more flavors.

We enjoyed our Kid’s Hot Fudge Sundae in Newport. It was running sitting in the wall in Newport while we delighted in our tasty ice cream treat. Fun to have a favorite ice cream place in Newport.

i loveeee kilwins ice cream but the online hours need to be changed because i drove all the way here just for it to be closed an hour earlier than what the online time says…

If you like fudge , this is the place for you !! As we are from the uk , this was something special !
Amazing treats , candy apples , chocolates and fudge , as well as ice cream in every flavour … all looked too good !
Go in and have a look , I challenge you not to be tempted to by something , and it’s 3 for 2 on the fudge slabs !!

Place is always hopping and busy! I get it can be stressful when it’s that busy but they need to work on their customer service. Chocolate, fudge and ice cream are always delicious but can be expensive.

The first night we were there a young lady clearly didn’t want to be there and was a little short with me. She put my cup of ice cream on the counter in a spot that had spilled chocolate syrup. I didn’t realize it until I picked it up and it got all over my hand. An older woman gave me a wet paper towel to clean up. She then rings up my husband and I. I move over to wait for the other couple we were with. My friend puts her stuff by the register. I moved over again. She asks me if I paid yet. I said “yes, you just rang me up 10 seconds ago…” she didn’t answer or acknowledge me and went back to my friend and ringing her up.

The next early afternoon we went back. Our friends wanted some fudge to take home and my husband wanted a snack. We were met with a 180 from the night before. A different young lady and older woman were there and while she was getting our order together, I played with the cutest, fluffiest doggy! The two women were much nicer and friendlier!

Love the caramel apples! Try the apple pie flavored one. Ice cream is excellent too. Newport Mud is our favorite. Staff were friendly. Pricey.
