We stayed here last weekend. We stayed in the junior “suite” when I say suite I literally mean it’s like sleeping in a trailer. There
Is a constant noise in the room. The room just has a dirty feeling. The tile in the bathroom is nasty, there are stains on the ceiling. We stay at this hotel all the time and it is just loosing its touch. So disappointed definitely not worth $780 for one night on off season. Total joke.
Don’t have your wedding here.
They dont care about you or your guests experience and interactions. They dont uphold their contract and just tell you its your fault for not having a day of coordinator. They try to hide price increases through the planning process and when you point it out they may do it this as a “courtesy”
They have poor communication in planning, day of and after. Overall experience can sum up to they cant be bothered but will cash the check....read full review
