We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and close to the tennis hall of fame and Bellevue Ave. I thought that the check in was a little tacky. The person was behind a glass window and not out in the open. The person on the desk did not give us a warm welcome….,like hello, welcome to the Island House, etc. The outside seating area faces a back street with a not so nice view. Warm hospitality, perfect location between the cliff walk and the harbor, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well designed. The grand suite with full kitchen was perfect and made it easy to relax and feel at home with a toddler. Highly recommended.

Great but! I don’t buy things like this usually but it’s easy to use at all of our favorite spots around town and is basically free after the first use. Highly recommend!
