I stop by Simple Merchant Coffee as often as I can—not just for their incredible coffee (the Maple Latte is a personal favorite), but also for their delicious food. From the loaded yogurt with berries, honey, and granola to their burritos and babkas, everything is thoughtfully made and full of flavor. The team there is just as impressive—welcoming, talented, and effortlessly cool. Their barista skills are top-notch, and the overall vibe keeps me coming back.

I have incredibly high expectations, especially when I spot a La Marzocco Swan on the counter, varies coffee source, and they absolutely exceeded them with their outstanding coffee drinks.

Found this place on Yelp for our Newport adventure and it's MONEY! The breakfast burrito and chive/shallot cream cheese were unexpectedly delicious. The iced peach green tea was unique and refreshing and the mocha was one of the best we've had. A must-try spot!
