We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. It was wonderful. The service was impeccable. We really appreciated Carl; he spent extra time with us and made the meal special. I eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. We added the cheese tasting and it was very fun. Highly recommend this experience. It’s a night to remember.

We went here for a special occasion, and it certainly was! The 6 course chef's tasting menu was simply phenomenal. Super local (including on premises ingredients) and fresh food, masterfully created by the chef. The service was superb (thank you Dan)! From the minute we stepped inside to when we left we were treated like very special guests. Aurelia at Castle Hill is a special place. The food, the service, the dining room, the view are all top quality and fully enjoyable.

One of the very best meals/experiences we have ever had. Every dish was superb—original, gorgeous plating, and delicious. From the artichoke dish to the crab to the duck, the lobster tail, hen, fluke, and on and on! The atmosphere and the service were impeccable. The wine pairings and non-alcoholic pairings were perfect. The cheese service was devine. Bravo to the whole team!

May 2026: Pre pandemic we ate here a number of times, we always loved it. Castle Hill had a fire last winter which shut them down. They reopened yesterday so we made it a point to try the new revamped restaurant. The format has changed, it's now a six course tasting menu. Service is excellent but frankly we were disappointed. The dishes were all luke warm and there is an excessive use of foam. It seemed like almost every dish was foam. I just didn't love anything. We'll give them another try in a year or so because their past history was so good.

May 23 2026: we have dined in the castle dining room many times, so when it reopened after the fire, we made reservations right away. We were there on their day 2. The dinner is a tasting menu with six main courses and a few bites before and after the main meal. The flavors were unique and beautifully presented, but I have to admit that I liked the food better on my previous visits. The stand out dish for me was desert with arugula ice cream. It was slightly bitter but the combination of flavors really worked. My main disappointment came from the valet service. They left the key card in the car, which left the car unlocked and available for anyone to drive away. Only towards the end if the dinner we noticed that the was unlocked (from the app). The only way the car does not lock automatically is when the card is left in the car. Yet when I explained to the attendant that they should not leave the key card in the car, he claimed they did not. This is impossible as the car would not stay unlocked if the key card is removed. I expected them to apologize and learn for the future, but that did not happen. Better training is needed.

Me and my girlfriend went to Aurelia to celebrate our anniversary and I can confidently say it was one of the most special experiences we've had a chance to share with each other. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces. The staff was very attentive and it helped make the night even better. Would highly recommend coming here to spend a special occasion!

We have dined here twice and each time was exceptional. The tasting menu is diverse and delicious, far from an 'everyday' experience. Everything is prepared perfectly, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is beautiful and romantic. (Don't skip the cheese course!) Highly recommend this dinner for a special evening!
It should also be noted that if staying at the Inn, the breakfast is the absolute best (the lobster hash is heavenly!) and afternoon tea is such a yummy and relaxing experience.
