Went with a party of four and all of our meals were exceptional. Without exaggeration, this was one of the top three best meals I've had. Went for the basics starting with shrimp cocktail (crisp, flavorful, fresh) then filet mignon (perfectly seared) with exceptional texture and taste considering I have it medium/well which can be a challenge. Finished it up with chocolate ganache which was surprisingly light and had a crisped marshmallow line alongside (ridiculously good)....

THANK YOU for going above and beyond on the first dinner of our Honeymoon. We had an amazing table, were presented with champagne upon arrival, attentive service and a homemade dessert gift at the end of the evening. Our meals were amazing and we are so thankful - highly highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience last night at Fermentation Class at Forty 1 North! This is a culinary experience not to be missed, attracting locals and visitors alike. I attend each time I am in town and it is always a friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable event, with each class being different and a great way to spend the evening. Each of the five course presentations is an exceptionally composed small bite with the perfect wine pairing! All of the selections last night were outstanding!...
