Swordfish piccata was absolutely delicious! So was the blueberry cheesecake.
The food is very good . The server tonight was young and a bit disorganized . I had to ask for my drink 3 times.
Absolutely amazing Italian restaurant\\! The meatballs were incredible—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce\\. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and you can really tell they put care into their food\\. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and an overall fantastic dining experience\\. I’ll definitely be coming back for more meatballs\\! 🇮🇹🍝

Caffe Milano is an Italian restaurant in North Kingstown. It is described as the best restaurant in southern RI and the best Italian in North Kingstown. The atmosphere is great and cozy, like a little Italian Bistro, with a beautiful patio area. Service is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh, authentic, and excellent. Highlights include meatballs, arancini, homemade pasta with short rib ragu, Chicken Parm, veal parm, and Nutella cheesecake. Pasta is handmade. Desserts are a favorite. The restaurant is small inside. The wine and glasses are great, and the volume of music is perfect. It is an outstanding spot for an event, dinner, or group gathering. A group of roughly 30 people took over the entire restaurant, and the team was accommodating, rearranging tables and allowing everyone to order off the regular menu. The food was amazing, drinks came out quickly, and service was spot on. The timing was excellent, and the experience felt organized and relaxed. Many plan to come back soon.
