This is one of my new favorite places!! My boyfriend and I have been here a few times for BBQ and we both love it. The meat and veggie selection is great for the price (we've only done tier 1 so far) and the sauce bar has lots of options. The staff is also very nice and it overall has a good atmosphere. We haven't tried the hot pot here yet but that's next on our list. :)
I love this spot! It has become one of my go-to places to eat. The food is always delicious and fresh. However, the number of times that items have been forgotten and brought out much later than the rest of the meal has been frustrating, since we end up not being able to enjoy everything together. It can also be difficult at times to find a waiter or waitress available to help us. Those are the only areas I think need improvement, as these issues have happened on multiple visits....
