I have been going to Capitol billiards and I’ve known Anthony and the family for close to 30 years
But all that aside it is a great place to go and have a game of pool a beer or two and a bite to eat the place brings back nostalgia they have all types of artifacts and everything that makes it look like an old time pool hall not some modern day joint. I grew up and worked in the Centredale area of North Providence until my 20's, but had not been to either Capitol Billiards (or its attached sister location Rhode Island Billiards Bar & Bistro) in a very long time...since I had moved all the way to Smithfield 20 years ago. I went back for the first time in December (2017) right before Christmas because I wanted to get back into playing pool. I bought several cues and cases for friends and family.
