“Looks bigger inside than it is. Seating on both sides of front counter, 9 tables total. One high chair available. Separate men's and women's bathrooms, but they could use an update. Staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. They allowed us to use 2 coupons, which was nice.

Parking: Tight parking lot and hard to pull out on street again.“

“Great service. We love this shop. Just one problem. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the sandwiches. Not sure what ingredient caused it. I got a veggie delight and my son and daughter got tuna. So must have been the lettuce. Hoping to not miss work tomorrow. 🙏“

“Julio who was stationed on front lobby was awesome! He was attentive to every customer and dealt with a ton of yelling and customer issues from both back and front of house. Guy never lost a beat and was actively tracking all of his peoples orders. A+++ bro all day. Best employee of any restaurant I’ve seen in a while. A smile and good attitude under pressure! Somebody make him a GM.“

“Sometimes they have issues like lack of change or card reader but the staff works with what they have. They always put a sign up so it's not a surprise. My order is always right compared to other locations. Staff are also kind when I speak with them at the window. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding one or two staff members, but they never give push back when I ask for clarity or to have something repeated. There have also been once or twice where staff have gone above and beyond to fix an order or to acknowledge that I am a regular. It's unique in a local place type of way. I know what to expect when I order there at the drive-thru.“

“The food was as good as always but the portion of filling in the tacos have shrunk. It seemed like mostly an empty taco shell. I’m really getting tired of the amount of downsizing that these restaurants and food packaging companies do. Besides that, the service was good and the restaurant was very clean.“

“Ordered takeout from Wise Guys on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. We were greeted by a sassy and friendly Holly when picking up. The order was ready 10 minutes early and was piping hot. We had a NY Sytle half ham & half pepperoni, a Sicilian cheese, and a huge personal Knucky Thompson with Blue Cheese. Great sauce and crust. Glad we finally tried this place out and loved the customer service!!“

“Used to work close to this 5 Guys location and order all the time. It had been a while since I came. The restaurant is very clean and I was greeted with such warmth by Matthew. My burger was just as good as I remembered it to be and he even let me try the fries. This is a great 5 Guys Restaurant because the staff is friendly, place is clean and food is great. “We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! She also remembered our orders and was so polite. I would fly back up there just to eat at Shanna's again!“
