“Looks bigger inside than it is. Seating on both sides of front counter, 9 tables total. One high chair available. Separate men's and women's bathrooms, but they could use an update. Staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. They allowed us to use 2 coupons, which was nice.

Parking: Tight parking lot and hard to pull out on street again.“

“Great service. We love this shop. Just one problem. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the sandwiches. Not sure what ingredient caused it. I got a veggie delight and my son and daughter got tuna. So must have been the lettuce. Hoping to not miss work tomorrow. 🙏“

“Used to work close to this 5 Guys location and order all the time. It had been a while since I came. The restaurant is very clean and I was greeted with such warmth by Matthew. My burger was just as good as I remembered it to be and he even let me try the fries. This is a great 5 Guys Restaurant because the staff is friendly, place is clean and food is great. “Ordered takeout from Wise Guys on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. We were greeted by a sassy and friendly Holly when picking up. The order was ready 10 minutes early and was piping hot. We had a NY Sytle half ham & half pepperoni, a Sicilian cheese, and a huge personal Knucky Thompson with Blue Cheese. Great sauce and crust. Glad we finally tried this place out and loved the customer service!!“

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! She also remembered our orders and was so polite. I would fly back up there just to eat at Shanna's again!“
