“These wonderful women did it again! with having very specific requests for my daughter's sweet 16 ... they delivered! the red velvet and vanilla cake was decadent yet still light. the favor cookies were a huge hit, especially the evil eye! “I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I shared two donuts at home, one was the creme brûlée and the other a Boston creme. Soooo good. We ate the cinnamon twists in the car on the way home. We were both making lots of yummy noises. I also tried their sandwich rolls which were delicious. Soft and flavorful unlike other gluten free rolls I have bought. The spinach pies were our lunch and they didn’t disappoint with the raspberry twists for our dessert. I will now be a regular at Three Wishes Bakery. Finally a bakery I can enjoy.“

The food, the wine, the calamari + dip, the bread, the olive oil + balsamic dip were all delicious, but the lobster ravioli and caramel gelato were to die for. Omg! Our server was perfect too. “I have to say the cinnamon rolls are absolutely delicious. The ones I have had in the past from other places have been very dry and bla and honestly it made me not buy them anymore. Ds will be my go to from now on for cinnamon buns. I haven't tried anything else but will be, in the near future.“

After a wonderful meal, my husband paid the bill & we were getting ready to leave when the manager came to our table to ask what was wrong & if we were unhappy w/our server.....'No he was fantastic' we said. Oh! he said, because we didn't leave a tip he thought the waiter had messed up.... suffice it to say.... husband had THOUGHT he left the tip when he paid. Apparently he didn't!!! Talk about being embarrassed!! We gave Jake a little extra in his tip. So, next time you're at Davenports, East Prov. ask for Jake... he's awesome & goes beyond his waitstaff duties.“

There is the option to eat more casual downstairs, there is nice outdoor seating overlooking the river and bridge, and the upstairs Sezn offers fine dining. I tried Sezn for the first time and enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi, eggplant lasagna and matcha strawberry shortcake. It was a beautiful atmosphere with very attentive staff. The food was exceptional.“

“I love Seven Stars but won’t be back until they pay their baristas a livable wage. We hope that the company will step up to pay them at least (or more!!!) the minimum wage of $15. Until then, I’ll be going elsewhere for business.

“Very disappointed they no longer have a liquor license. The food was delicious the waiter was great, however when I looked up at the ceiling fans i was horrified! All 3 fan are covered with a thick layer of dust some accumulation actually hand down from the blades! please get up there and clean those blades!!!“

Being a creature of habit, I consistently order the grilled chicken, Caesar salad, pizza, which has never disappointed. The one thing I do recommend is that when you order this either online or over the phone, just ask them to make sure that the chef cuts the pizza well, if not, you will wind up with croutons and Romaine lettuce & chicken everywhere. The pizza chocolate chip cookie is an absolute must. It is like a warm tollhouse cookie that your grandma used to make for you just in the shape of a pizza.“

She was attentive without being intrusive and it was evident that she really cared about providing a good experience. we each had a tasty cocktail and the food was great! My fiance had the papardelle bolognese and I had the steak frites. My steak was a perfect medium and the bookings was great as well. A little more pricey than the TGIFriday's that used to be here (🤣), but not terribly unreasonable either. We will definitely be back!“

“So my boyfriend and I went here for lunch on Easter around 2:00 p.m. We were greeted by a friendly male host who seated us and then the server (another nice young man) came to our table to introduce himself. Both young men were very professional and we were pleased with the customer service. The restaurant was very quiet (especially for Easter) so I was hoping the food would be good. My boyfriend had the mushroom burger and I had the Beyond meatless burger. He had a Guinness canned beer and I had the Blue Reef Margarita. Everything tasted excellent and we were thrilled! Would definitely recommend this to someone else, especially for lunch.“
