“We spoke at length with one of the owners and learned about the evolution of the restaurant, how they chose the location and why the chose the area. The food was well prepared, and they also have additional items that were not yet on the menu. This was our 4th visit, would highly recommend you visiting. Come enjoy some favorites.“
“One of my all time favorite restaurants. James went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner incredibly special and Andy was beyond attentive and ensured we were well taken care of all evening. The food was also amazing, which is typical for Spain. I will for sure be back and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an impeccable experience.“
“First visit to Bistro Cafe. Many tasty sounding options on the menu. I was told the steak egg and tater tot skillet was enjoyable. The pancakes were okay, not great but I did like the blueberry compote. Will return to sample something else.“
“My son was at Bball training….I looked for the best rated local restaurant and went. It was this one! Down-home Dominican cooking…I might have been the only non-native Spanish speaking individual in the place but that didn’t matter….they took care of me: beef, rice and beans, plantains. a bit of extra bean sauce and some excellent fresh passion fruit juice. Loved it….good portions…decent prices….now I was set to go the gym and watch my son shoot hoops!“
“ALMOST as good as Pito's 1 on the Southside. Don't eat Mexican... Dominican stewed beef with the carrots over seasoned rice and beans! With plenty left over for lunchtime tomorrow. Don't forget to order "chinola" jugo to drink the local Dominican word passion fruit.“
“The best mojito I have tried in US since I moved in 2010! The mamajuana is amazing (tested even better than some I tried in Punta Cana last year) and the guy that attended us was super efficient and kind. The quality of the food was good and looks clean. Prices are good and portions, too. I had the mofongo with camarones, passion fruit mojito and several shots of mamajuana! ?“
