“I would not normally stop and get a sandwich at a gas station. I'm being completely transparent. But I was in need of something before I went back to my office. This sandwich was outstanding!! Quality of the meat was superb, the lettuce was nice and fresh and the abundance of bacon was over the top! How could you go wrong? A sandwich that really could have fed three small eaters was a size small. Other grinder shops would have considered that a large and charged you $12 . We purchased this sandwich for under $10. You don't find that any longer. Three stars for atmosphere, because as I said at the start, you're in a gas station convenience store. Here's to Marco!“

“FamLee is one of the best around!! We go there for breakfast all the time and we recently had my son’s baptism catered by them!! The food was excellent everyone was asking where we got the food, very reasonably priced and great portions!! They even delivered and set up for us!! “My good friends live near this great restaurant. They treated me to the best Mexican dinner here. I ordered the usual combination plate, without the rice. Excellent presentation and the flavor profile as well as the cuisine was cooked to perfection. Excellent service along with a remarkably wide variety of menu choices. We lived in Southern Arizona for 17 years. The Fiesta restaurant in Somerset serves meals equal the the best of the very best in South Tucson. I plan to visit my friends again this Fall. “We came in Sunday evening for a small dinner and dessert and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and filled our drinks quickly. It was pretty empty when we got there but packed when we left. The food was AMAZING. We shared the short rib special and it was so good! For dessert we had the chocolate mousse and bread pudding which were also sooooo good! The restaurant itself was beautiful. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely dine here again!“

“OMG! Why have I not come sooner! I got the burrito bowl with the tofu option, surprisingly good! Everything was fresh! The inside was very clean. The lady serving me was very nice and helpful! I very much appreciate that the serving bowl was made out of cardboard, hopefully recycled materials. Overall, definitely coming back!“

“They were able to accommodate me on a busy weekend, even let me choose my seat even though I was alone and they had people continuing to arrive. The hostess and waitress were friendly, the food was delicious (pesto shrimp pizza), the view was nice as it's right on the water, and I chose a table that allowed me to see it properly. The band I was particularly happy about- I thought they were fantastic- they played early rock n roll, and I wish I asked their name.

It's a really relaxed atmosphere, not fancy, think old patio furniture. My table was not steady and rocked when you moved, the chairs were plastic, but I didn't mind. If you want a good meal on the water and are not picky about that, I'd recommend this place.

It can be inconvenient to get in and out of when Metacom's busy, but it's worth it for the affordable, tasty fare AND the very friendly counter staff. They are genuinely lovely-- I try to tip with cash and plenty of places, they're rude when you order ahead & they think they're not getting anything. Not here, great customer service!
