The food was cold when it was served the waitress to seemed to take forever to come to us and after we got the food we never saw her again until she brought the check I was very dissatisfied for six of us to eat it was $350 and it was one of the worst meals I've ever eaten in Providence people beware this place is a fraud

This is one of my favorite places to eat! I decided I wanted fish and chips, but I have Celiac disease so I don't have many options. We made the hour drive, just to find out that they had just closed the doors early because it was very slow! But they opened the door for my family! Everyone stayed later, just because we showed up! No one made any viable fuss or got loud. They just nodded and did their jobs. I was so overjoyed to be able to have the dinner I truly wanted! The meals were amazing, as usual! My whole family is gluten free and we have never had any reaction to eating at their establishment! Every staff member is very kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is quite contemporary, which is great for any occasion. And they are very clean! I recommend them to everyone! And yes, I always tip very well! In this case, everyone got tipped! And I encourage you too do so as well!

This location is definitely subpar compared to other locations. The restaurant was out of many basics. They subbed pumpernickel rye for ciabatta bread on a sandwich without letting us know the ciabatta bread was unavailable (the sandwich was not very good on pumpernickel rye). They charged for every soda refill but do not tell you that this is the policy until the bill comes. We were also charged $12 for an app we did not order or receive, and $4 for a child’s drink which was supposed to be $1 with the children’s meal. Our server was kind and apologetic, the only saving grace for the meal.
