Aleppo is well known for their centuries old trade of handcrafted soap made of laurel bay oil and olive oil. Aged over thirty six months, it lasts a very long time. Cut and embossed (in Arabic) by hand. From Syria.

Great atmosphere. Za’atar and cheese pastries are excellent. Hummus unfortunately tastes like it’s out from a can. Desserts are very very good and the homemade tea is excellent.

This place hands down has has the BEST baklava I have ever tasted, it's so fresh and they must use really high quality ingredients. I didn't even know I liked baklava that much until I had it here!

The food is also excellent, fresh and delicious. I don't live in RI anymore but I make a point to visit here every time I'm in town. I love Aleppo Sweets!!
