The people at the front desk are beyond rude. When you call, when you come in - they act like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want anyone coming through the doors like we are wasting their time. I was there over the weekend, I had a reservation for 9pm. I got there and the girls at the front were rude, looking at each other in front of me and giving each other looks and they say “just letting you know we close at 10pm” I said “Ok well it’s 9pm. We have time.” Again, they looked at each other gave each other a look and seated me and my friend. These girls look like they are in high school just miserable about working on the weekend and don’t want to deal with anyone. I mean if you want to close at 9pm and stop serving people do that then but you’re giving guests a bad impression on closing at 10pm and not really wanting to serve people beyond 9pm. Weird, it’s business you should be grateful. The food is amazing and my waiter was awesome and very attentive but for the front of house, get some new people.

Bacaro was nice. Our meal was very good. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. However, the resteraunt was a little loud and a bit cramped, but it was nice overall.

The food here is very good, and as a New Yorker I can safely say it’s as good or better than most city restaurants. I have boys that go to Brown and had several great meals here. The last time I went I had my licensed service dog with me, a black Labrador, and the staff could not have been less helpful with us. They reluctantly accepted him even though I showed his license. We were sat next to the front door away from other guests and they refused to give him water claiming the restaurant had a policy against it incase it spilled and caused a trip hazard. The staff were extremely rude and we will never return. So disappointing.

Food is wonderful, but service is terrible, especially for a restaurant of this perceived caliber. Took 40 minutes for someone to take our food order after waving them down in a mostly empty restaurant. Wanted a second glass of wine as well, but was never checked on following ordering. Was hoping for a relaxing and upscale evening, but ended up spending almost 2 hours for one glass of wine and an app.

Best meal I’ve had in Providence. The Arancini stole the show with stop-the-conversation amazing taste and left me happy for days. Definitely order this. Maybe order two servings. The chef slightly overcooked the Duck Breast, but I really enjoyed the dish overall. I would (will) order them again.Avoid the Foie Gras with jam. The foie gras is sub par — a bit tasteless and bad texture— and the jam completely overpowers the dish. Our server Joey was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Had an amazing dinner. The aroma of basil and tomatoes was authentic, and the handmade pasta was spot on. The staff made us feel at home with great recommendations. It's hard to find true Italian dishes, but this place nailed it.

Service was absolutely wonderful, even on a busy Saturday night. Food was outstanding from Caesar salads and pizza app to the main meals (including salmon/pasta special and chicken marsala). Dessert was a different story. Four of us shared the peanut butter cup and warm chocolate brownie. We were all disappointed in both and even left some behind.

Enjoyed a family dinner last Saturday and reservation to dining was exceptional. Brandon, our server , was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for great food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.Parking: Parking next to the building which isn't normal in Providence. That's a plusKid-friendliness: My son likes mostly chicken so it was refreshing to see crispy chicken on the menu. He enjoyed it. Big portion.
